How Do I Join Motor Club of America?
If you have compared the benefits of joining Motor Club of America to other motor clubs, including AAA, then you realize that our company offers you a broad range of valuable products and services. If not, please review the comparison chart posted in an earlier blog here. And similar to a majority of Americans, maximizing the usefulness of your hard earned dollars is a major concern which is one of the reasons of MCA designing various membership levels so that you can select the best membership package that best meets your needs. While most people are understandably attracted to the emergency roadside protection benefits that are available under each of the plans, there are additional features that you will be provided once you have joined as a member, among which includes:
- Up to $500 check paid directly to you for injuries that are treated at an emergency room or trauma center
- Hospitalization benefits that pay you directly when you have to be hospitalized due to your injuries received during a motor vehicle accident-and that's up to $54,000 per year!
- $1,000 credit card protection
- Travel planning and discounts
- Discounts on pharmacy, vision and dental services
- $60,000 in Accidental death coverage
Once at the website, the following screen will be available. Usually, if you were recruited by a MCA Associate their Associate ID will appear in this menu. At this time you can join, by registering your preferred user name, which can be your full name; password and email address. After you hit the register button you will gain access into the secured system where you can provide your personal information and select the membership plan that interests you. You have the option of paying your membership fees by credit card or by bank draft. As a MCA Associate, it would be my pleasure to walk you through this procedure if you are experiencing difficulty. You can contact my office at 314-723-5633 or by sending me an email by using the Contact Us tab on this site.

Motor Club of America Travel Safety Tips for the Labor Day Weekend
We at Motor Club of America, or MCA, recognize that despite the recent increase in gas prices across the country, there will be millions of individuals, including families, who will be traveling away from home to spend time with their loved ones this weekend. In fact, many sources are reporting that an estimated 33 million Americans have plans to travel at least 50 miles or more away from their homes during this year’s Labor Day weekend. Moreover, the National Safety Council has released traffic fatality predictions for this upcoming holiday weekend which indicates that approximately 368 traffic fatalities could occur across the country and an additional 19,900 injuries which will not result in death. Nonetheless, if you or your family members are among the holiday travelers this weekend, you should be well prepared in advance to handle any emergency situation that may arise during your travel on the roadways. While most individuals who operate a motor vehicle intend to use the utmost care and responsibility while driving, it is devastating to know that there are those who will make a choice and fail to obey the rules of the road such as driving while distracted, under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, or speeding.
Besides Labor Day weekend being one of the busiest times of the year in which accidents occur, frequently people also experience unexpected problems with their vehicle during their travel. However, with the following tips and preparation, your stress level can be reduced in the event you find yourself stuck on side of the road due to a vehicle breakdown or an accident.

MCA Benefits Can Help You Fight Traffic Related Charges
Being arrested or charged for negligent homicide or vehicular manslaughter is a very serious matter. Unfortunately, it could happen to you or one of your loved ones at any given time. If you are like most people this can be an overwhelming experience especially if you lack the financial resources to raise bail money or hire an attorney who can help you fight these charges. But as a MCA member, you will have a peace of mind and comfort because of the benefits which are available to you during these times of uncertainty.
With a MCA Security Plus or Total Security membership package, there is less of a burden to securing bail money since MCA will arrange up to $25,000 in bail for your release from jail if you are arrested for any covered moving violation, including negligent homicide or vehicular manslaughter. Also, the benefits available under each of these plans extend to having up to $2,000 for help with attorney fees so that you can hire an attorney to defend you.
The reality is that we live in uncertain times and even when we believe we have exercised responsibility there are a variety of situations which may result in us having to fight a traffic-related charge, and having access to an attorney will make a difference. Similarly important is having that additional protection available to us before something bad happens. You can get enrolled and start your coverage today, with no waiting period! Just visit our website, Motor Club of America, or contact Cheryl, MCA Associate/Recruiter at 314-723-5633 for more information.
